REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Can I receive a refund?
Due to the items being intimates, refund and exchange policies are very strict. There are limited quantities of many of items, exchanges can only be made in the case of an error on my part (I.e. You are sent the wrong garments or there is a construction error). Shipping costs are non-refundable. All orders are sewn in the order in which they were received.
If you choose to cancel an order there is a 15% cancellation fee due to the fact that garments are made to order.
Refunds are only issued in extreme cases. You will either be offered a replacement or a merchandise credit not including the cost of shipping.
Items must be sent within 7 business days of initiating refund or refund is no longer valid and the items will be returned to the customer.
In most cases of a refund, you will be issued a merchandise credit rather than a refund of your payment. Merchandise credits do not expire and are for the value of the merchandise, not including shipping.
If you do receive a refund of your payment, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee whether you keep the merchandise or return it (unless item is damaged).
If you receive a replacement item, it will be sent within 30 business days of the agreed replacement date. If you order new items using your merchandise credit it will be sewn in the order in which it was received.
My item came damaged, what do I do?
Damaged Goods:
Refunds and exchanges are not offered on a product unless there is damage prior to trying on the item. If there is damage such as loose stitching or you may return the item for a refund or exchange.
I chose the wrong size, what do I do?
Wrong Sizing:
A measurement chart is offered with each piece, make sure to order the correct size because refunds and exchanges are not accepted due to item not fitting.
I do not offer refunds without being contacted prior to the refund, due to fraudulent activity. I will work with you as best as I can to solve all issues before issuing a refund.
I do not offer refunds due to waiting, estimated wait time is always met. If you do not like the estimated shipping time, please do not order form this site. Thank you.
SHIPPING AND PROCESSING
How long does an order take? From placing the order to receiving the items?
This store is run and managed by one person, meaning all pieces are sewn by one person. Please allow 2-4 weeks (30 days or less) for processing and shipping on U.S. orders and 3-5 weeks for processing and shipping on International orders.
How will I know when my order is ready?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking iformtion.
You can email anytime to check the status of your order. Please be sure to include your name, order date and number, and reason for emailing in the email. Please allow up to 48 hours for an email response.
SIZING
What sizes do you carry?
Sizing currently ranges from an XXS (00) to XXL (18). Effective January 1,2017 there will be sizing available for up to a size 24. Please feel free to leave your measurements or bra and pant sizes for a more accurate fit.
Do limited edition items come in plus sizes?
Limited edition items do not always come in petite or plus sizes, generally just a standard S-M-L.
DISCOUNTS AND COUPONS
Do you offer discounts?
Sales and discount codes are applied at checkout.
Can you use discount codes on limited edition items?
Discount codes are not valid on limited edition items and your purchase will be refunded if you do use it on a limited edition item.
